CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT

Check in time is anytime after 4PM central on the day of your arrival and check-out is 11AM central on your departure day. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please inquire prior to your arrival. 

 

Access: You will access the building and your guest suite via a smart lock and mobile app. One week prior to your arrival, you will receive an invitation to download the 710 Baronne mobile app where you will access your mobile key. 

GUEST SERVICES

On-site service hours are 9AM - 7PM each day. We are available by phone, text, or email 24/7. All non-emergency, after hours requests will be promptly handled the following morning when staff is back on site.

PARKING

There is ample metered and off-street parking in the immediate area. Please see below for the nearest off-street and covered garage parking options:

Off-Street Lot: 740 Baronne St.

Covered Garage Parking: 412 O'Keefe Garage

LUGGAGE STORAGE

In the event we cannot accommodate an early check-in, or late check-out, we will be happy to securely store your luggage on-site until your departure time. Please ensure stored bags are picked up prior to the on-site staff departing for the day. 

WHAT IS 710 BARONNE?

710 Baronne St. is an apartment hotel. The entire building consists of 31 apartments all available for short term rental. We offer hotel-like amenities, while guests enjoy the space and functionality of a full, residential style living space (with lots of bedrooms!)

WHAT IF I DONT WANT TO DOWNLOAD A MOBILE APP?

If you'd rather not download the mobile app, we can arrange to make standard key-cards for you and your group. Please reach out to our staff prior to your arrival so we know what time you will be arriving. Upon arrival, you will need to be buzzed into the building to retrieve your key cards.

WHY CAN'T I BOOK MY DATES WHEN THEY SEEM AVAILABLE ON THE CALENDAR?

This could be for a few reasons. Our 2 & 3 bedroom  suites have a two-night minimum. Our 5 bedroom guest suites require a three-night minimum. Due to demand and booking patterns, our calendars are also closed to arrival and departures on Saturdays. Cleaning Fee - the cleaning fee is a one-time charge for cleaning services after your check-out. The total amount charged is based on your room-type.

Intra-Stay Cleaning - we do offer mid-stay cleaning services for an additional fee, equal to the cleaning fee on your reservation. Please request mid-stay cleanings at least 24 hours in advanced to allow for scheduling and to ensure we can complete your request.

Taxes and Fees - for direct bookings, we assess taxes and fees according to the City Of New Orleans ordinances on Commercial Short Term Rentals. For more information, please click here

Cancellation & Refunds - if your reservation was booked through an online travel agency (OTA) such as AirBnB or VRBO, please contact the channel you booked through to process and issue refunds. For direct bookings, please see our Terms & Conditions page for cancellation policies and House Rules.
